Hi, I’m Kim! Founder and creative director of Timeless Events NV, a nerdy leadership kid at heart, and an Aries whose brain always has another idea brewing!

My love for events started in high school leadership, where I discovered how much I enjoyed bringing people together. It also taught me something that still guides my work today: the smallest details often have the biggest impact. After years of saying “one day,” I finally decided to go for it and create Timeless.

Every chapter of my life has shaped how I work. The medical field taught me compassion, empathy, and the importance of making people feel cared for. In property management, I planned resident events that helped neighbors connect and build community. Construction and landscaping strengthened my ability to coordinate moving parts, solve problems under pressure, and turn an idea into something real.

Today, I also run a landscaping business with my dad and study architecture. I’ve always loved turning nothing into something, whether it’s an outdoor space, a room, or an entire celebration. My dream is to bring landscaping, architecture, and events together through spaces and experiences that make people feel something.

At Timeless, I believe everyone deserves a celebration that feels personal, meaningful, and a little luxurious. I love finding creative ways to make that happen within your budget. Whether I’m designing a proposal, styling a wedding, coordinating a community event, or setting up a photobooth, my goal is to make planning feel manageable and give you the space to enjoy what we’ve created.

Raised in Northern Nevada, I care deeply about the community I call home. I love finding ways to give back. Behind Timeless is plenty of heart, a growing circle of support, and a little setup chaos along the way. I’m grateful for the people helping me bring these ideas to life, and for everyone trusting us with their special moments.
